We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a service call fee to cover technician dispatch costs.

We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on repairs. Manufacturer warranties apply to new equipment and vary by product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Butte Wash Tub's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We shall not be liable for any damages related to equipment failure, property damage, or personal injury resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or third-party modifications.
