At The Butte Wash Tub, we take pride in our workmanship and stand behind the services we provide. This Service Guarantee outlines our commitments to you.

Our Workmanship Guarantee

We are confident in the quality of our work. That's why we offer the following guarantees on our services:

  • 90-Day Workmanship Warranty: All repair work is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service. If the same issue reoccurs within this period due to our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no additional charge.
  • New Installation Guarantee: New boiler installations come with a 1-year warranty on labor, in addition to any manufacturer warranties on equipment.
  • Maintenance Follow-Up: If issues arise within 30 days of a maintenance visit that are related to the work performed, we will address them promptly.

Equipment Warranties

New equipment installed by The Butte Wash Tub is covered by manufacturer warranties. We will help you activate these warranties and work with manufacturers on any equipment defects. Warranty coverage varies by brand and model and will be clearly communicated during the quoting process.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of the service visit. We will:

  • Listen to your concerns
  • Investigate any issues promptly
  • Work to resolve any legitimate concerns
  • Ensure follow-up until you are satisfied

Diagnostic Fee Policy

We offer diagnostic services to identify boiler issues. The diagnostic fee ($99) is waived if you proceed with the repair with us. If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee still applies to cover our technician's time and expertise.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide upfront, honest estimates before beginning any work. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final prices may vary if additional issues are discovered during service, but we will always communicate changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Emergency Service Policy

Our 24/7 emergency response is available when you need us most. Emergency service fees may apply outside of normal business hours. During extreme weather events, response times may vary as we prioritize the most critical situations.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a service call fee to cover technician dispatch costs.

Limitations

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Issues resulting from lack of maintenance after our service
  • Damage caused by third parties or acts of nature
  • Pre-existing conditions not identified during our service
  • Cosmetic issues unrelated to functionality

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Service Guarantee from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The terms in effect at the time of your service will apply to that service.
